House Note

Counter seats release first on Mondays. Salon tables follow after confirmed pairings and private requests are placed.

Tasting

The menu moves in acts, not sections.

Opening bites are brighter and quicker. The middle deepens into smoke, stock, and reduction. Dessert finishes with bitterness, not sugar rush.

Private Requests

Partial buyouts for intimate nights.

Salon-side requests can be reviewed for anniversaries, launches, and small private gatherings.

Short notes from the kitchen, not filler sections.

This part works like a small editorial board: dish notes, release timings, and room updates instead of generic testimonials or endless stacked content.
